The spirit of leadership, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork came alive at Lotus Lap Public Schools, Badangpet Branch, as the school proudly hosted its Grand Investiture Ceremony on September 1, 2026.
The inspiring occasion was graced by Chairman Vidyaratna Dr. Lion Komati Reddy Gopal Reddy Garu and Director Mr. Komati Reddy Abhishek Reddy Garu as the Chief Guests. The presence of the school management, principal, heads, teachers, parents, and students made the ceremony a memorable celebration of young leadership.
A Proud Beginning for the Young Leaders
The ceremony commenced with an impressive wing-wise March Past, reflecting the discipline, confidence, and coordination of the students. The March Past was led by the respective heads:
- Pre-Primary Headmaster – Ashrith
- Primary Headmaster – Sankeerth Reddy
- High School Head – Baby Sidvi
A special highlight of the ceremony was the participation of the newly elected student council members alongside their proud parents. Their confident march marked the beginning of a new chapter of responsibility and leadership in their school journey.
Badges and Certificates of Office
The newly elected cabinet members were formally presented with their badges and Certificates of Office. They then took the oath to uphold the values, discipline, dignity, and traditions of Lotus Lap Public Schools.
The oath-taking ceremony symbolised more than the acceptance of a leadership position. It represented a promise to serve fellow students, perform responsibilities sincerely, demonstrate discipline, and contribute positively to the school community.

Each student leader has been entrusted with an important role in contributing to the smooth functioning of student activities and encouraging their peers to participate, cooperate, and grow together.
Director’s Message: Turn Challenges into Opportunities
Addressing the gathering, Director Mr. Komati Reddy Abhishek Reddy Garu encouraged the students to look at failure not as an ending, but as an opportunity to learn and progress.
He reminded the students that every student is a winner in their own way and that setbacks can become valuable stepping stones towards future success. He encouraged the young leaders to learn from their experiences, continuously improve themselves, and develop a strong spirit of cooperation and service.
He also proudly shared that Lotus Lap Public Schools had recently received Global Awards for all three branches from the World Business Conclave, describing the achievement as a proud moment for the entire Lotus Lap family.

Addressing the newly appointed cabinet members, Principal Mrs. Maddula Sruthilaya Reddy reminded them that a badge is not merely a symbol of pride or achievement—it is a symbol of responsibility, commitment, and service.
She encouraged the student leaders to perform their duties sincerely and work towards the welfare of their fellow students.
Emphasising the true meaning of leadership, she shared the inspiring thought:
“A leader is not the person who walks alone; a leader is the person who walks along with everyone.”
She urged the young leaders to be approachable, compassionate, responsible, and willing to listen to the concerns and challenges faced by their fellow students. She encouraged them to become leaders who inspire others through their actions and set positive examples for the entire school community.
